Directors, Volunteer Managers, Staff, Board Members, and Volunteers of
Foundations, Nonprofit Organizations, Educational Institutions, Corporations, Public Agencies.

Round-table breakout discussions will give all participants an opportunity to join in and explore the following topics:

  • Discuss visionary leadership and key elements of visionary management
  • Examine succession plans and what your organization is doing about it
  • Share the best practices for resource development, including planned giving and entrepreneurial approaches.

The mission of Connect LA is to enable community neighborhood based organizations to meet their challenges and goals by developing and strengthening the spirit of volunteerism and collaboration in the Los Angeles area.
